This film is a sonic journey through Basque punk rock and the turbulent past that defined its sound, chronicling the rise of the gaztetxe movement. Featuring music from Niña Coyote eta Chico Tornado, Fermin Muguruza, Willis Drummond, Negu Gorriak, R.I.P., Anestesia, Kortatu, and Audience.

It is set around the personal stories of Usua and Koldo, the fiery rock n’ roll duo, from Donostia, Basque Country, known as Niña Coyote eta Chico Tornado. We chart the band’s rise from local venues to massive festivals.

Fermin Muguruza and other pioneering members of the Basque movement also star in the film as they trace the music scene’s influential role in catalyzing a cultural revolution while fighting against censorship in the Basque Country.

This film is over 6 years in the making, filmed in the Basque Country, Catalonia, Madrid and California, and spans over 40 years of Basque punk and revolutionary history.
